Even if they don’t get dragon options, that’s fine.

No, it’s not fine. That’s promoting crappy laziness from Blizz. Dracthyr are not dragons and their visage is different and they should absolutely have the customizations if they’re other races.
I’m tired of everyone trying to nerf or water down this race.

Sorry, Blizzard was somehow too lazy to reuse their own pre-existing dragons for the race, so you’re stuck with the GMO runts that only know how to half-shapeshift into fake elves.
Ok, wish granted, but it’s mecha gnomes for female and goblin for male.

It really is. I could look so fabulous as a gnome, but here I am stuck as an elf
