I really dislike the blood elf model aesthetic and it’s one of the main reasons I don’t play evoker. Do you think they’ll ever open up the class to other races?
On that same note, I’d like to see DH opened up a little too, but I think that seems a bit more unlikely. Although with Tauren allowed to be rogues, I’m suprised most class/race restrictions aren’t more opened up at this point.

I especially would like to see Demon Hunter open up to other races. I have a fantasy of a red skinned Man’ari Demon Hunter and would love to see it brought to life.

Considering Evokers are the elite of the elite Dracthyr, because of the way the Aspectral power was infused into them that they can use all of what they were created with… highly unlikely.
When the story calls for it, I hope they’ll be smart and actually use the Writings of the Dark Herald for a storyline for that.
Although, it would have to be a really good reason to risk their lives to become one, since something like 2/5 die in the ritual process.
Bingo, only reason the Evokers…evoker their powers is because it literally is part of them on an DNA level. There is no learning the magic, it is just being good with the magic they already know.
Dracthyr are literal magic beings from their core. So magical in fact that they have a buff to healers that their excess magic is given to the healer.
Evoker’s kit requires the use of a tail, wings, and breath attacks.
Evoker isn’t something that can be taught, evoker is something that some Dracthyr just are.
Drakthyr should never have been a race. Drakthyr form would just be a customizable shapeshift for the Evoker class like Ballance Druid’s chicken man.
I agree that there is no “learning” the magic, but I don’t agree that non-Dracthyr Evokers are impossible. Dracthyr were created by a combination of magic and science due to Neltharion’s experiments, but presumably it is a series of steps that can be repeated. His son Nefarian was doing similar experiments in Blackwing Lair during vanilla WoW, and while he wasn’t as successful as Deathwing, he was able to splice the flesh of multiple dragons of different dragonflights together in order to create a single being that had the inherent powers of those different flights.
There would need to be lore justification (crazy goblin mad scientist or something), but I think it’s entirely plausible that a process could be discovered in order to “infuse” mortal races with magical dragonflesh, giving them access to those inherent powers, and thus the Evoker class.
Yes, it is possible because that is what a Dracthyr are. Dragonkin with the adaptability of mortals and using their essence as well.
What you’re asking is more akin to dragonspawn and those are failed experiments as well. Look, the best they can do with this is opening visage up to other races but you will always go dragon form when doing evoker spells.
Even Neferians Chromatic dragons are still dragons. Dragons is the main ingredient, not the sub ingredient. A mortal having dragon flesh infused into them won’t make an evoker with all the aspects powers.
Might make a dragon knight, but that is about it.
Naw, they can do literally whatever they want, it’s a fictional fantasy world! 
They won’t allow other Races to be Evoker, but they may allow other Visage-forms (albeit Elf-like ones) at some point in the future.
If they do that, then the game just becomes fortnight. Lightforged warlocks was already a step too far.
And once that happens, I hope the races aren’t restricted to the factions. Would love to make an alliance goblin/dracthyr evoker.
