Can not complete the quest Open Orientation segment - Orientation Valdrakken because the “Trade Coordinator” is not there. I’m in the right spot to talk to them, they just don’t exist. The first two Npcs were in the right spots for completion, just not this last one. Is this a bug with a work around hopefully? Any advice would be appreciated ty.
