Just deleted my alliance toons on Faerlina so I could go horde. Now I can’t create a character at all. There’s no solution for this is there?

You can put in a ticket to restore your Alliance toons if that is desirable. They should be able to do that.

Faerlina is the closest 50/50 server in the game. Would never leave.
Even keeping the Alliance toon they wouldn’t have been able to roll Horde.
Until the realm is no longer locked they can play Alliance on Faerlina or pick another server to go Horde.
you can restore your characters yourself from the creation screen.
I thought they addressed this.
