Been sitting on her spawn point for over an hour and she hasn’t spawned.
She only spawns once, and then it’s over. You need to wait until the game cycles back over to that zone.

Same. She was supposed to spawn and she didn’t pop up even though the event was supposed to occur in Dustwallow.
Same on my server. We camped her spot too and the timer just reset. She’s not spawning. Also on my realm (Ysera)- Dragonblight won’t load any mobs at all.
I am quite annoyed that gaming companies thinks it’s totally ok to release “broken” release content. FFXIV shuts down for a couple days to make sure the game works before they open it up. But no Wow players and the devs are too impatient to wait. 
Same for me, never spawned when the timer ran out, then it reset to 1 hour and longer, came to check the forums to see if anyone else was having issues and I see some of you are. My realm is Argent Dawn.
We are having the issue of the maiden not spawning in Dragonblight during the event after kissing frogs, submitted bug report for that and have probs kissed over 1000 frogs by now and its the last thing to trigger the boss, kinda a load of BS.
