My bear tank is by no mean super geared and not doing high keys either. I am no numbers expert too but after seeing Details Meter and how these stones (whether due to combo or not) are performing, I think it’s really OP at least for Bear Tanks.
Bear’s Avg ilvl: 404
Onyx Annulet: 411 (not upgraded any stones yet)

Even tho the healing from stones is showing 7.8%, pretty sure it’s even more since Elune’s Favored is 21.5% and includes all the converted healing from Arcane Damage done by Humming stone.
I am NOT a rank 1 or even 1000th Bear tank and this is not the best they can do, just pointing out the huge numbers for these stones on a Bear tank.
