Blizzard how did you not see this coming? Your layering ruined what could have been a fun and competitive race to 60 and Molten Core. Currently on all their streams they are using layering to boost and then layering to rep grind.

People been doing this since day 1 and nobody will get banned cause this is blizzard’s fault… I canceled sub until they release a fresh classic server without layers.

Ya, but, then people will just be abusing the next thing on the list. There will always be people out there “winning” no matter what.
Same with world first rag, layer abuse. It violates the ToS but nothing will happen. hahaha

I’d rather the exploits be closer to something you could do in vanilla than see more people continue to exploit layering. It was so disgusting to see all the people asking for group only to get shifted into new layers.
Well, just look back at the history of Wow. How many exploites are fixed immediately?
How many exploiters are banned immediately, or at all?
How long did it take to fix the “Bot” problem of years past?
people will always be exploiting things.
Most Development companies cannot fix a problem till it occurs, there are to many variables.
Most “Fixxes” are reactionary, because that is how things are.

What about those using the jump macro to stay logged in? What about those having multiple people playing their toon to level faster?
They knew about it on the beta, so its not like its new. Also, a violation of the tos is a violation. It doesnt matter how many other violations there could be.
I also agree that this is a violation of the ToS and should be ban-able. Harder to prove but same.

exploits are against the ToS. So it is.
But is that considered an exploit By Blizzard? Have they stated, they consider it an Exploit?
That doesn’t mean they can’t change their minds on it-- But Unless Blizzard states they consider it an Exploit, Nothing will be done about it.

I fail to see how your enjoyment of Classic has been diminished by people abusing layering to rep grind their way into a week 1 Rag.
Believe it or not, Blizzard didn’t devote two-three years of a whole team’s effort into restoring a game just for 20-40 players kill a boss that’s been dead for 14 years now.

Don’t forget it all started with Joker streamer abusing it for “world first 60”. I knew this would happen. I think Blizzard should relinquish the “world first rag” kill as well as Joker’s world first 60 and anyone else who abuses layering until layering is gone.
