Step 1: Replace Lava Burst with Water Shield rune.
Step 2: Join the PUG as a healer.
Step 3: Right before first boss switch back to Lava Burst.
Step 4: Delete all healing spells from your action bars.
Step 5: Start DPSing and refuse to explain why.
Step 6: All cloth and leather gear belongs to you! Remember to need!
Step 7: GG!
