Which is a very sad thing in my opinion. The game should be filled with more depth, complexity, and fulfillment to where watching a world first race isn’t the apex of what WOW has to offer now.
Does anyone else feel like the game is cheap and shallow?
Congrats to Method btw.

That’s a very odd transition. Blue post about world first congrats to vague complaints about the game.

Just goes to show where their heads are at.

So you’re saying that they should ignore people that make great strides in the the game. Got it.

can you see some bias here?

wait, why is them congratulating them for being the first to clear a raid a sad thing?
blizzard acknowledging their accomplishment doesn’t mean watching the world first race is the pinnacle of wow.

He’s one of the community manager’s? The hell do you think they’re supposed to do?
How about getting onto Lore or Ion for not posting more. As, they’re the ones to target.
According to this thread, community manager = game developer.

Is world first the apex to you? it’s not to me, but I did enjoy watching it.
Game has to be dumbed down so casual can keep up, Ion already stated this, its for accesibility.
Oh no, definitely congratulations are in order. But that can’t be the only interaction. Take a look at how POE communicates with their community. There is a constant exchange of ideas and interaction on what’s to come or being worked on in the game.
This is what I was thinking.
What?
A blue post congratulates them and places their name in a Hall of Fame, yet… something something the game needs depth?

lol I think Blues know there’s lots of angry players around so they are hiding…

No, just the vast majority don’t care about the world first race…

except this community has gotten to it where any and all blue posts are “promises” and that any slight deviation from exactly what they said is that blizzard is a dirty liar and the worst company ever. so of course they don’t post as often as some others would like of them, but they just can’t win because we flame them whether or not they post anything.

PoE is a f2p game with micro transactions. If they want to be profitable, they have to do what needs to be done to keep them hooked.
WoW is a sub based. As long as they’re profitable with sub money, they can ignore you all they want if you’re still paying.
I’m still paying cause raiding was and is still my favorite part of the game and most of the raids are stellar.

I don’t know what POE is but my guess is they don’t have a 14 years running best MMorpg so blizz is gonna do what blizz does. and they have kinda earned that. they also have a robust beta program and tester program. back in the day blizz was more involved with players about development but now their base is larger then some countries so they cant do that style of development anymore. its pretty cut and dry
Wait what? What’s this about?
I’m confused, but no surprise there!
You are seemingly saying that the only communication Blizzard has done recently is a congrats to Method?
Did you miss the QnAs and interviews they did what, a week and a half ago?

The Q&A that answers questions that were already answered multiple times already? Yeah, not missing much if you missed last week.

Well the QnA answers questions the player base asks.
If they don’t answer a question that you would like answered, it’s probably because they know you won’t like the answer so why bother.
