Only Able to See TWW Dungeons in Keystone Finder

As the title suggests, on this character (with no addons installed) anytime I search for a group for “The MOTHERLODE,” “Theater of Pain,” “Floodgate” or “Mechagon: Workshop” it shows that there are no groups.

If I search for 6 (i.e. +6 keys) it only shows TWW dungeons (Rookery, Darkflame Cleft, Priory, and Meadery).

I can list my own +6 Theater of Pain and it will show up for others in group finder (I get applications), but if I search for groups in Theater of Pain (even when mine is listed) there are no groups.

I can go to my second account and search for the same dungeons (at the same time) and there are 10+ keys listed. 2nd account has no problem seeing all dungeons including Motherlode etc.

This randomly fixed itself after multiple reloads, but then issue came back after a relog.

Have since scanned and repaired WoW install and issue persists.

Also having this issue, have also tried to scan/repair and also cleared cache/interface/wtf and this happens on both my characters that I use to m+ when looking in groupfinder, even with all addons gone

If anyone else is having this issue it is resolved by,

So by default, Floodgate, mechagon, motherlode and theater of pain is defaulted to filter out. To see and join those groups turn them on.
