Only 13 days to learn a whole new class

Every other class will have a month to learn their changes before going into dragonflight. But since they’re delaying the playability of evokers we’ll only have 13 days to learn a whole new class to prepare for dragonflight.

I mean do you really need to be a pro while leveling?

Do you plan on pushing M+ day one? Season 1 doesn’t even start until December 13th.

I’d like a better feel/understanding of the class for sure. This is the first beta I didn’t get into so I also have no extra practice from that like I did the other expansions.

you’re going to be on an even footing with basically everyone else, if that makes you feel any better.

Feels like everyone I know got into beta. But yeah for anyone playing evoker without beta we all only have 13 days. But over twice that time if you wanna learn the changes to other classes.

Oh no. W… Wha… what happens if we don’t roll an evoker until next year?

Unless they’ve changed it at the last minute they seem to be underpreforming in just about everything on the beta according to friends. Which is why it’s more important to learns the ins and outs so I am not dying constantly.

Loads of time.

And learning the class happens once the raid, pvp season, M+ season is introduced for end game. By then you’ll be max level with some gear farmed with targeted BIS stats which could affect your talent choice/rotation.

Oh heck Impinaintezy I was “perfectly sober and clear headed” when I said that.

but you’re not competing against the people who have spent dozens/hundreds of hours playing evoker on the beta

i really don’t know about it, was just being silly

Hey good news! You only have 2 specs (neither of which is a tank or melee) to learn and 99% of you won’t even touch the healing spec anyway

I’m not competing at all per se (though this might effect pvp). I just want a fair shake at understanding a class. Especially one that supposedly struggles a lot.

Can Dracthyr fight in “human” form or are they like Worgen and auto switch?

I mean, nobody is getting early access to Dracthyr. We’re all getting them on the same day. The only people who have an “edge” per se would be those who got accepted into the beta, which is more than likely a small amount of people.

Actually, you have forever to learn about the new class. Thats half the fun. Its the journey, not the destination my friend.
