I just notice that if your class use 2 weapons, the game now only shows 1 weapon on the main hand and the weapon from the second slot is invisible…weird visual bug.

Exact same bug for me and I am noticing this on Demon Hunter. The offhand visual does come back once an M+ dungeon is activated but then returns once you leave.

I was looking at my alt and thinking, “something doesn’t look right” lol her offhand is hidden as well.
Make sure you don’t have a cosmetic buff from your professions. I.E., Skinning gives “Dressed To kill”, professions overwrite your tmog.

You can find this NPC sitting in Valdrakken in the Artisian’s Market. If you speak to them you can make it so your profession cosmetics only appear while actively engaging in the profession.

I’ve talked to that NPC and asked not to show gathering profession on my Rogue. This had the effect of NEVER seeing my off-hand at all, and not having a buff to click off. I had to reactivate seeing my mining pick so I could click off a buff and see both weapons. This is REALLY annoying. with the profession deactivated, even equipping/unequipping weapons had no effect and could only see one.
