Only 1 Character Unplayable

I have a war band of 4x characters. I can only log into 3 of the 4, my main character when logging into the game shows character for a second, then it sends me back to log in screen. I can play any other character on my account.

Story,

I was flying down the core way and my BF was in WM and I was not, I was on ride-along and when he passed the line into the Ringing Deeps it dismounted me and logged me out. Ever since then I cannot play that character. I have submitted a ticket and they told me to update my windows driver. I’m playing on a M4 MacBook… I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I have renamed my folders w/ the _OLD method and nothing works. Happened a day ago and I still cannot log into the character. All my other characters work just fine, game has been running fine w/ no problems until this happened.

Have you tried to do a stuck character ticket? I’ve had this happen before and the character is out of bounds so it just immediately kicks out before login. Stuck character service should move your character to a safe place and then you should be able to log in.

Have you tried logging in on your boyfriend’s computer (assuming it’s a Windows PC) and seeing that shakes it loose? If it does, hearth somewhere safe and logout.
