Ongoing Server Disconnects During Taiwan Prime Time - Urgent Attention Required

Dear WoW Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express the frustration and disappointment of many Taiwanese players regarding the persistent server issues that have been affecting us during peak evening hours in Taiwan (GMT+8). For the past several days, we have experienced widespread disconnections and, at times, have been unable to log back into the game at all. This issue is significantly disrupting our gameplay experience and is causing a lot of frustration within the community.

Many players, myself included, have reported these issues through the official Taiwan forums and directly to customer support. However, it seems our concerns have not been adequately addressed, as the problem persists without any clear communication or resolution in sight. We understand that technical difficulties can arise, but the lack of timely updates and effective solutions is disappointing, especially given the amount of time and money we invest in this game.

As dedicated players who are passionate about World of Warcraft, we urge you to prioritize this issue and provide us with regular updates on what is being done to resolve it. We also request that you consider compensating players who have been affected by these ongoing disruptions, as many of us have lost valuable time and in-game opportunities due to these server issues.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We sincerely hope that you can address these problems promptly and restore the stability of the servers during our prime playing hours.

Sincerely,
[A Concerned Taiwanese WoW Player]

It might take reaching out to your isp to have the issue checked. Without connection information your fellow players won’t have much to go on, but the support page for tracing is not available

Our internet connections in Taiwan are all functioning normally. The issues are only occurring with Blizzard’s games.
