Engineering patterns, glyphs, pretty much patterns for all professions

I mean, we all know the Inscription profession is at least going to get a new vantus rune to sell, why not other stuff?

i’d be shocked if engineering got nothing considering etherals are just as, if not even more tech focused people than goblins. glyphs would be nice to see though. just hope they arent crafting order only like the rogue glyphs from launch
