This started after the last patch. I received no damage complete quests and one shot mobs of any level. ( like god mode) I am receiving exp AND QUEST reward ITEMS.

Have you tried activating timewalking? If not, you will need to go to Chromie (the hourglass on the map) in Stormwind. She will allow you to level in any expansion in the game and it will scale with your level until level 50. You can change the expansion at any time. If you want to level in vanilla zones, you would choose Cataclysm. While you can still level without timewalking, you will go through the zones a lot faster, and have to move to new expansions to not one-shot everything. If you hover over areas on the continent map, you can see what level it is designed for.
