Seems like you could only have one of the item at a time

Maybe you’re thinking of the engineering toy, Wormhole Generator: Shadowlands? There is also a scroll that teleports the player to Theatre of Pain in Maldraxxus

Not a one-shot but I thought I’d bring this up because some people don’t know about the cloaks that can teleport you to Stormwind or Orgrimmar. From there it’s a 3-second run to the Oribos portal.

lol…yeah. I had burned thru all my relevant ports and stones and it was all on CD after gathering some hunter pets. figured it’d be good just to carry one of these in case that happens again
edit…yeah, seems to work. 10 gold just to have a port if i need it…and the vendor isnt far from the spot it drops you at.
There was/is also an item you can find while doing the trainee covenant quests. At one point I had orbs to Oribos and a couple of others. Once used it’s gone but you can have multiples of them.
Perhaps that’s what you’re thinking of?

honestly, I no longer care about covenants. I might just swap all my SL characters over so Maldraxxus is home base, lol, and keep a scroll in my bag. The zone is kinda growing on me anyway.
Those little things that look like ardenweald acorns? a single teleport to a SL zone?
They’re called Attendant’s Pocket Portal. The name is followed by a : and the destination location. They soulbind upon pickup.

Ah yes, I keep forgetting that I have those when I need to get to a zone. It’s usually after I get there and I open my inventory to sell/repair that I notice them.
