One or more dungeons is not valid

Wont let me queue up for my own key, How do i fix this? literally these random bugs are actually irritating, let me play the game i pay for, like seriously, it it’s not one bug its the next.

I’ve tried reloading, re-entering the game completely, what else do i try???

You didn’t provide much info here. Is it a Mythic+? Do you have an authenticator?

This right here, wont let me list my key, you dont need an authenticator, it’ll normally just auto list your key if you dont have an authenticator, and now all it does is this when i go to list it, never had this issue until just today.

A fix would be great, or someone to delete my key so i can just get another one or something so i can actually play the game.

Either the wrong dungeon is selected, or Blizzard increased the restrictions. Truthfully, this would slightly curb more of the spam in the listings, and would be good for all players.

Can you elaborate on why you don’t want your account to be more secure with an authenticator? It seems like attaching one would be a very easy solution.

Because i don’t want one? what more of a reason do i need? I pay for the game, i should be able to play the game.

Still having the same issue, 24 hours later, after submitting bug reports and trying to find help on the forums.

I should not be “forced” into going through the hassle of connecting an authenticator, something i’ve never used, and will never use the entire 17+ years i’ve played this game.

Also, it blows my mind i cannot seem to find a way to talk to a support team to figure the issue out, under the support function, So what am i to do? Do something i’ve never had to do? and swallow my pride in the fact i already pay for the game and have for years?, sorry but not sorry If this truly is how it is going to be i’ll stop paying for the game, and go play something else if i’m not going to get help in figuring out why i cannot even queue my own keys in the dungeon finder.

It’s one thing for a bug to pop up, but not to get ANY type of support, and on top of it being told i should just get an authenticator is absurd, Figure it out.

You have a highly modified UI. Have you tried a UI reset?

That would be the first step - to make sure the ui isn’t interfering.

The forum isn’t a point of contact for the staff, it’s a place to discuss issues with fellow community members. Sometimes staff chimes in, but they don’t read or answer all threads. As for bug reports, those don’t get direct responses either. They are collected by a group on the development team and prioritized as necessary (if this is actually a bug).

I don’t work at Blizzard, but suggesting someone add a security measure to their account is not “absurd.” Many functions in the game require an authenticator to protect other players from hacked accounts.

There isn’t a way to get a direct response, is what i am saying, tell me where the function is where i can talk to live support like we used to be able to.

Blizzard of yesteryear was only supporting a few hundred thousand customers—now it supports millions. Like most other businesses, their systems changed to handle the higher traffic.

Live Chat and Callback aren’t available 24/7 like the ticket system. They have limited windows when there are enough reps available to handle those contact methods. However, these support options are dedicated to account and purchase issues, not gameplay topics like this one.

Doesn’t help when you put in a ticket it doesn’t get answered for 2+ months, hire people and pay them better to get a better support team? just a thought, and doesn’t support gameplay issues? that should be the priority as that’s what the game is about, account and gameplay, not “let’s only support people that make micro transactions and give us more money”

I personally have been experiencing issues doing what i should be able to do in the game, and yet i, someone who also pays my monthly sub fee, Get zero help and am belittled for asking for help, Why is that?

I have same issue, never seen this error, played for 15 years, have only moderate modifications to UI (no ElvUI etc). Weird thing I get it in one desktoip not the other.

It auto populates the key info like usual but cannot create group. Fix I found was changing the dungeon, then back to the dungeon for the key, and manually reentering the key info. Hope that helps.

For most players who have an authenticator attached and are experiencing this problem, a UI reset was the fix. Many addons go out of date since they are maintained by (often unpaid) third-party developers.
