One of my alts can't start radiant echos?

I’ve completed the Harbinger quest and done the radiant echoes event on multiple alts. However I’m unable to start the Radiant Echoes quest on my warrior. I can get the harbinger quest, and it says “your warband has completed this”.

However I can’t start Radiant Echoes.

Attempts to fix:

  1. Abandon Harbinger quest
  2. Log off and back on
  3. Zone out of Dalaran and back in

Is there a way to fix this?

I’ve also noticed that I can’t get a M+ keystone. If I go an get my keystone from Valdrakken, it says “Mythic Keystone” without a dungeon assigned. When I go to Algethar Academy on Mythic difficulty, there is no chalice to put a keystone.

Are timerunners bugged?

The radiant echoes event was for The War Within prepatch, so it was most likely disabled once the expansion went live at 3pm pacific time today. The dates for the echoes event were July 30th through August 26th.
