This must be one of the best foresight blunder moments in Blizz history, they truly are delivering classic experience and then some.
Oceanic has 1 PvP server and combined with the game launching at 8am Sydney time just in time for a full days worth (excluding those that don’t have a day off) of epic leveling and adventures… or so we thought. Estimated time in queue: 500 Minutes or just over 8 hours.
Blizz must have had a meeting and come to the conclusion that no, no one will play WoW classic at launch during the day for Oceanic so no need to add servers/realms.
Catch all yall OCE players in 8 hours or so when we get in
PS: on a actual serious note, Blizz please stand up a additional layer or two for your Oceanic customers who are only just starting our day.

When i pay a monthly subscription fee then hell yes i am another “Entitled” person… imagine if Telstra went down for a day how mad people would be.
Why is it any different because its a game??? Do your research, plan ahead and have enough dam servers or at least layers available to serve your paying customers…
imagine if Taiwanese, chinese, south korean and other asian player playing on arugal, its could be a long long long queue time to play on oceanic server
Haha no its not actually, I subbed again because as part of my sub i get classic wow as advertised. It was the whole premise for them getting my money in the first place.
Also again going back to Telstra (again this actually happened) when Telstra goes down for a few hours its technically still working, your getting reception but cant make calls or do anything that is involved with the service. In fact the ACCC gets involved if that happens because they are not delivering the service promised.
So why are you getting all defensive and supporting them when the clear truth here is that Blizzard f’ed up and did not have enough planning in place to prevent this.

face the music you are a impatient little twerp who thinks the world revolves around them, and thinks threats of ACCC will scare them into doing something.
eve if the ACCC did something you wouldn’t even notice until months of investigation, just wait the queue out and watch some youtube and relax
