The demon bolt can e removed, so that when we receive the demonic core, the shadow volt becomes the demon bolt. Bot have thefuncion of generating Soul Shards.

How about “no”.
Having that second attack that goes from long cast time to instant when cores proc, is fun. And it’s also fun to start a fight by firing off a long-cast Demonbolt, sending your main demon, and then hitting GFG for the instant stun and distraction before the mob can actually agro on you.
