Should reduce penalties for one button or highlight I.E time / Cooldown penalty for individuals who are on ADA or 100% rated combat veterans to make game more accessible and not penalized for being handicapped or injured defending the country. Everything from water, power, and some game companies compensate to these individuals and use goverment sites like I.Dme etc to verify disability this should help flag the accounts the should get the penalties reduced or removed.
I would definitely shell out my DD-214.

The OBR is already a reduced penalty for not being willing to learn your class.

With the way it’s currently operating some classes are at a much worse disadvantage for using it. If anything it needs more specific penalties to bring specs like boomie in line with others.

ADA = Americans with Disabilities Act
100% Rated Combat Veterans = people who recieved a 100% disability rating from the Department of Veterans affairs
The OP is asking that people in either of those categories be allowed to use the 1-button rotation with the penalties removed

The OBR is the removal of penalties for people that are handicapped or don’t want to learn their spec.

Perhaps, but I am sure the OP is specifically referencing the GCD penalty
Which is in place so that an accessibility feature doesn’t simply become the objectively best way to play the game.

This is a terrible idea. Some players may have carpul tunnel or just being 75 years old, and don’t actually sign up for any disability.
As a disabled veteran i dont really see it as being fair to others. They should just make it better for everyone by removing the penalty entirely. I could pass the idme. But its not just about me.

OBR shouldn’t have a cooldown penalty. The penalty is blizzard can’t copy paste hekili and gives you their trash rotation
