One battle net account two players no voice chat

I play wow with my daughter on my blizzard account. We can not use the voice chat. We pay to play, but are unable to use the features offered in the game. Is blizzard working on a fix for this? We will not separate accounts due to the cost of transferring toons and the loss of mounts/pets. Thanks

I have the same issue with my son. I hope blizzard puts a fix to this.

With discord I lose more resources.
