There is a leveling bonus after getting characters up to TWW max level.

Each char you max (up to 5 characters) provides an additional 5% XP bonus to leveling characters in your warband, so up to 25% leveling bonus.

Thank you, my friend. I was speaking in general terms, but ja, I did notice my Rogue, Waldteufel was really packing on the EXP quicker than Jonãs on his trip to level 80.

I was hoping it would be you (or someone who knows my limitations) who would answer, just in case this was something already in place - and me just not noticing or having forgotten - thereby opening me up to a trolling accusation.
