IF you played during 2021, you knew that:
Scarcity in Shaman/Paladin was brutal until like phase mid phase 3. Even then, it wasn’t great. I’d say it was ‘okay’ during phase 4/5.
To keep in mind, this was when boosting was allowed, GDKPS to fund gold for those, and a non speed up cycle of TBC.
Not selling the boosts is one thing, but let people use the mage boosting in the game then. Or just one or the other. I’d happily buy the boost. Blizzard, take my money for those sweet q4 numbers.
This is going to greatly exacerbate the issue that is that scarcity.
Why would you: Level up 1-70 for sped-up tbc in it’s third iteration, when prior you could boost it? Would you add 15 minutes to your commute to work just cause? Of course not. It is next to impossible to sell people that an objectively slower method of something is the move now after they’ve experienced the commute to work that’s 15 minutes shorter.
That’s all. Please fix this, or please literally say anything so that those of us creating rosters ect can know what to prepare for. Thanks.
