Creating a new account is involved, and before you can even use the friend list feature, you need to have registered and downloaded at least one of the games, set a security question and an actual name. On top of having to get an e-mail address.
Then all you can do is send a friend request, which once blocked bricks your “new” account.
1 click to undo minutes of work by the “stalker” who gets no information from you in the process and cannot even message you.
You’re making things up if you claim this process is easy or leads to worthwhile stalking. All other Blizzard forums use Battletag and if this was as easy as you claim, the problem would be much more widespread.
