Logged my shaman on and got it. I know that the meta for the hand mount had been bugged. I wonder if this is the fix to get people their mounts as they get the achievement instead of having to mail them out?
Due to the harsh RNG nature dependency of some of these achievements I believe the changes have been made to alleviate it.
