Looks like they were going for some sort of iconic look to a specific class’s lore characters. I mean, looking at the Hunter set, it looks very Tauren inspired, I want to say, or perhaps troll, although the arrows make me think more Tauren.
It’s not like you’d see an elf or a human in that sort of get-up.
