On the Blade's Edge problem

I’ve gone back to do Loremaster of Outland. One of the requirements is to do certain storylines, one of which is Sylvanaar. So, I went there, did all the quests, including the breadcrumb leading to it from Zangermarsh. Now, there’s no quests there and Sylvanaar wasn’t checked off.

What am I missing?

The usual reason is missing 3 quests from Vindicator Vuuleen in a cage out the front of the Bladespire area (just below the AD in the word Bladespire on the map). Easy to miss, afaik required for the achieve.
