On my hunter's class fantasy

I like to think of this guy as a beast mastery hunter who feels fondness for beasts that are treated as monsters like undead beasts, bats, etc. Like himself they have been spurned by society. You don’t see as many forsaken hunter beast mastery type characters, with most of them being marksmen oriented. Do you think this fits in with being a Forsaken?

I think you’re off to a good start. An interesting concept is how Forsaken interact with living creatures, as it is a pretty common fantasy trope for most animals to be afraid/wary of unnatural beings purely on instinct. Having an undead beastmaster who specializes in animals that do not have such a fear (undead animals, vultures, hyenas, maggots, etc.) also happen to be animals that are taboo to a lot of people due to their associations with death.
