If you think Sunwell comes even close to Algalon… Yeah you’re smoking the good stuff.
I guarantee any game where the topography is designed to wind, go back and forth, have small impassable walls/hills, have caves that are filled with enemies, and also make enemies daze and snare/root you in every zone… it doesn’t matter if the game had flying at any point.
You’d certainly notice they wanted you to spend a long time getting from Point A to Point B.

Wrath’s raiding content was a snorefest. 25M naxx is the biggest joke I’ve ever seen. Thank god they are buffing it a little bit, but I doubt it’ll be enough.

It is when people stack world buffs and their characters output 2.5x the dps they are supposed to.
Sadly, they’re making it more and more that Wrath Classic isn’t for me. TBC had a lot of problems, and the amazing time that was the first 3-4 months of Classic isn’t coming back.
If I wanted to start all over on a new server and try and find people to play with, just in a desperate attempt to capture the same feeling, I’m not sure it’d work.
We did that to try and have fun. Even without WBs, the content was boring. Naxx was too, it was just expensive on top of it.

World buffs added a dynamic and actually added to the world interaction with eachother.
Again… Almost 50 runs on the DK while leveling to 70 and post 70 and rarely have I seen anyone say anything more than the obligatory “summon” “go around the side” “focus skull” etcetc. I’m curious where this interaction is supposed to be…

Genuine question why do you think the first 3-4 months of classic was so good? Because I agree with you that it was great.
However, how fun do you think it would have been if people hit lvl 15 and then remained in SW/Orgrimmar spamming dungeons all the way to 60?
Rfd was my favorite part of wotlk, me and my bros would get home from school log in to do a few dungeons and have a great time, definetly think they should bring it out, in stead of this dumb new queing tool that forces 2 players to be chumps and go summon the other 3.
