Anyone else having trouble with this quest? I can’t progress the quest cause I get some stupid “missing reagent error”, and it’s not an easy abandon-and-reobtain fix either! I’ve reobtained the quest 3 times, logged in and out, and even exited the game fully and it STILL won’t work! HELP!!!

im getting the same thing. all quests where i have to combine ingredients/items are not working.

they seriously need to fix this cause its one thing if its a side quest, but this is a MAIN QUEST- I CANT CONTINUE THE CAMPAIGN TILL ITS FIXED >_<!!!

I have the same issue I also tried the repair tool in Battle.net application. Nothing work.
Pleeeeease fix this!! I cant progress the storyline! D: I’m HOOKED and my dealer wont answer his phone! xD
Drop the profession quests you have then try again.

to everyone having this issue, just discovered, if you have the tradeskill quest in your log, abandon it. Idky this works or why this retarded bug exists in the first place (seriously you have to personally PUT that into the code, how do you do that?!), but for the time being this seems to be the main temporary fix.
Can confirm, having an Artisan’s Guild quest in your quest log somehow prevents you from combining quest reagents.
Super annoying, but it’s reported.
Can confirm as well, dropping my JC quest allowed completion of this

Confirming getting rid of profession quest works - I turned mine in and was able to make the incense!
