Yesterday I purchased one of the Olea Cache for 700 Cyphers of the First Ones. Upon opening it, all that was received was 98 silver and 19 Genesis Motes. Given the amount of time it takes to get 700 Cyphers, this feels like a bug.
I did put a ticket in to see if the Cyphers could be restored with the Silver and Motes taken away, but I was told that it could not. For now until its confirmed to be fixed, just save your excess Cyphers.
