Old World Dungeons for a New Acct

Hello! My kids are playing on a starter acct(upgrade soon!!) and I can’t seem to get the Dungeon finder to offer anything but BFA, Chromie let’s me know she CAN help me, but won’t let me choose an expansion to level…and I missing a step in getttong them access to the older dungeons?

Currently on a starter acct

You must have one level 60 character on the account in order to access Chromie time. So on a completely new starter account, the feature won’t be available yet. Sorry!
