I figured out the issue. The issue is that I need TWW to access BfA content. Because unless you do the questline again it will remain phased.

Glad I did not go completely ape-poop about it, but this is so backwards in major ways.

You cant get anything from there anyway , and they buffed them after BFA, so its super hard

Yes, I cannot just go do my weekly visions as I always could, because I have no latest expansion.

The old visions are inaccessible.
The new visions require TWW.

And thus by virtue of the revisited, new visions requiring TWW, the old ones do too.

I will survive though. I will get it at the end of the year or whenever 11.2.5 comes out, like with Dragonflight. Perfect time to dive in. I hope there is an AoE Loot Boost event going then, giving each participant a chance to play as if the AoE Loot bug did not exist.
