I didn’t think I’d be asking this a couple expansions later, but recently I’ve been wanting the lightforged weapon arsenal from the Commander of Argus achieve, so for the past few days I’ve been hunting the few rares I needed, but the last one I need hasn’t been spawning, Shadowcaster Voruun in Mac’Aree.
What’s his spawn time? Cause it feels like never.

for a daily quest kill i did the same achievement kill quest and waited for a hr no luck the next day he was on the kill daily quest
I’m starting to doubt he’s on a rotation, or the quest, I’ve seen neither since I started doing this. lol
Of course it would be the last one I need too, y’know? lol
Argus rares spawn on a rotation. Usually you need to wait for their requisite world quest. That being said, they do sometimes spawn outside of these times. So you always need to check per day regardless as to whether their wq is up or not.
I’ve seen just about every other rare besides Voruun. If he or his quest are on a rotation, they sure don’t like rotating in.
