Old phone number verification to change to new phone number

I’ve submitted a ticket through support as well, but I thought I’d post here too.

Currently, I am trying to update my contact info for my account including my phone number, but every change, including changing to my NEW phone #, is prompting me with “we’ve sent a code to <OLD phone #> for verification” or some variation thereof. Since i dont have that number any more, and I can’t authenticate to switch to my new number because of it.
