There are several borked (heh) copper ore veins in Palemane Rock where they spawn inside the walls. Same issue for a lot of caves that could use a quick once-over, this is just the most immediate example. This is in retail but it wouldn’t hurt to give Classic and Anniversary a check as well.

Which realm? The spawn bugs can be realm specific.
Argent Dawn but I’ve heard some of the other oldest realms having similar issues with that location.
