Blizz NEEDS to update old enchants armor kits ect. to be A. lv 59 and lower /60 and higher OR B. for the timeline your in OR C. made to work on heirlooms with the same requirments as the heirloom has. having so many things that dont work past like level 10 no matter where you level is crazy. its so messed up one item I saw said it wont work on item over level 0???
