Old Honor titles account-wide

Of all the things now account-wide, from pets, mounts, toys, tabards, achievements, pathfinder, WQs, dungeon attunements, and pretty much every other title obtainable or not–why are old Honor titles still character specific?

Is there some particular reason these specific titles are not account-wide (I can’t even begin to think of a valid reason), or have they just been forgotten about and left out of the loop?

If you are referring to titles like Corporal, High Warlord, and such, it would look extremely strange to see a Pandarian with that title, since those titles went away long before Pandarians were put into the game.

Even though my title was a bit scrubby, I’d totally wear my mage’s old Knight Captain title over any of the others I have…

Because Corporal Kittredge sounds too good, and Blizzard fears it’s raw power.

We have Scarab Lord Pandas. And Hand of A’dal Pandas.

There’s really no reason for these titles not to be account-wide, period.

I’m just upset that the “Of the Horde” title got boosted from 50k kills to 100k kills. I had it back when it was 50k kills but I left the end of 2011, might have changed before I left, and just came back recently and will not even try to get another 50k just for my favorite title. Should have never changed the requirements, gave the 100k kill title a different name or grandfathered in anyone that had it before the change.

As for honor titles like mentioned above I would be for it unless it’s only active per PvP season in which case it should be reacquired each season.

I actually have the Alliance version ‘of the Alliance’ and as far as I know it’s always been 100,00 HKs. I first got it in 2009.

I’m almost 100% sure it was 50k before. I use to have the title and I am just above 50k kills. Maybe it was before 2009 but I am pretty sure it was 50k cause I had it on all my Horde.

*Been looking around for something to back up my claim but nothing can be found before 2009, lol. If it wasn’t 50k back when I played then my account was bugged cause I had the title.

Level 9 mage running around Goldshire with Grand Marshall title…yeh nah.

Most things earned solely via PvP always have been character specific and it does not look like it will be changing anytime soon, unlike account-wide reputation.

Level 5 Champion of the Naaru is cool though, right?

Level 7 Scarab Lords are fine.

But a level 9 Knight-Champion?! That’s just a bridge too far.
