Yea I feel great grinding for things too but it doesn’t take anything away from the grind and effort and feeling that I got and put in if they give it away at a later time. That’s some silly gatekeeping stuff to me. Also just my opinion.

Outside of unchained and BFA s4 though elite is still a very small portion of the games population. Especially if pvers are taken into account

At the end of the day, prestige is kind of a dumb reason to exclude other’s from obtaining sets. Are we arguing that getting 1800 is prestigious now? Something worth bragging about? The prestige is and always should be tied to titles, and rating.
