Cannot see old content quests or objectives while in game. I can see the world quests, but it doesn’t pop up the objectives while I am in the area.
Chromie no longer offers for me to change timelines. I had to find Zidormi (?) in Darkshore.
At level 70, Chromie no longer has any service to offer you.
As to not seeing quests of old (below your level) content, you probably need to turn on seeing low-level quests.
As to world quests, most of those won’t be accessible unless you completed the campaign associated with that zone’s expansion.
