So I’m just curious if anyone is able to solo stuff such as the BFA raids on normal or even mythic at the moment. I just tried normal and I barely made it past the first boss on my 260ish ilvl warrior. Is it really the fact that I’m not geared enough or was it the scaling buff that happened to old content?
I get that people will say just wait til DF to level up to 70 to do them and whatever but it just seems like they could give us a damage buff to compensate for the scaling that they did. I could be mistaken on the subject as well so enlighten me if I’m wrong thanks.

well if they followed their own policy (legacy raids are 11 levels below us) we’d be getting a massive buff in them when we’re done leveling in DF. but they have suddenly and without warning decided their own policy is no longer valid, so. look forward to soloing BFA raids at the end of the next expansion!

They made scaling worse and has technically been broken since SL launched.

Same complaint comes up at the beginning of every expansion. And as soon as people hit max level and start gearing, they forget it was ever an issue. Welcome to the start of a new expansion.

I wouldn’t say the post is a complaint more pointing something out that is worth looking at. It’s just weird that you need to buy the new stuff to do old stuff from years ago. Again kind of a lazy argument to tell people to level up to new max

Little details like this, such as not making old content 2+ expansions old easier to solo, is part of the reason why that even aside from the lawsuit stuff, Blizzard just isn’t respected as a company. They don’t care about the things their players actually care about.

The Elitist Jerk hates us soloing old raids almost as much as he hates flying. Seeing as both of these features are overwhelmingly popular with WoW’s ever-shrinking player base, it would behoove him to abandon his war on fun.

My 278 Mage has started soloing old content. Did Deadmines just before the server shutdown.

I should have specified that this is mroe talking about legion/bfa raids or whatever but im glad you’re having fun doing that stuff. I do enjoy those dungeons.

What a terrible response.
Even if is the case, no stat squish or loss of significant power happened. Loss of covenant abilities does not = an extra minute or more for total kill time. Some even being UNSOLOABLE when they were before prepatch.
This was a deliberate change. They buffed HP deliberately. Why?

This is it folks if soloing old content is where you derived fun it is safe to unsub because we all know what this means.
