Old Blanchy - Inaccessible Ore Veins

Multiple ore veins (both Tin and Copper) have spawned in inaccessible locations of Westfall.

Jangolode Mine has one and the hills south of Moonbrook have two.

These are not the greyed out veins that display when tracking ore nodes that are in an underground area such as the mine tunnels. Rather, these veins display yellow on tracking as above ground nodes, but the node is embedded in the terrain and can’t be seen or mined.

I’m not sure if this is due to layering or due to the map adjustments with classic, but there are several veins in this state now.

There was one by Gold Coast Quarry as well, but that one was fixed this morning after I submitted a bug report in game (there are at least 3 other inaccessible veins around Westfall still though. Two tin and one copper).

Happened earlier with me as well at Gold Coast Quarry. Three Tin nodes in complete bright yellow showed up on the mini-map as an above ground node. Spent 5 minutes going in and out of the quarry trying to find it. It’s such a tease, I wanted that Tin but it just laughs in your face as you stare at it on the mini-map.

Glad this wasn’t just me going crazy. I ran into this same condition; saturated tracking point but no tin vein in sight…

I see this quite a bit, not just in Westfall.

I seem to have figured out what actually causes this! Not sure why, but seems to be a coding error possibly… I was at the Jangolode mine (Westfall, original classic) and had this happen. However, it’s because these nodes ARE in the mine… however, due to some error or oversight, when you enter the mine since they are ‘above ground’ nodes they despawn. I had one within sight of the entrance, but whenever I walked into the area it vanished, but walking back out it appeared again! This is however a huge issue since Jangolode is basically my only ‘safe’ (even then deadly) source of tin to start working bronze…
