Hello. On 8/25/24 I looted the Ol’ Mole Rufus from the Lurker of the Deeps rare and learned the mount. I went yesterday to mount up and show a friend, and it was greyed out from my mount journal saying I haven’t learned it. I obtained the mount during the time servers were crashing that day, and have a screen shot of looting the mount with EST time stamps on it. I learned the mount after the screenshot was captured.
How does this just vanish?
Same thing just happened to me. I got him today, 8/28/24, soon after servers came up and as of this evening he is no longer in my collection. This is very disappointing as he has a very low drop chance and I was excited to get him. Cannot get any help from useless support issues. Can anyone please help?
I have seen similar bugs with mounts in my collection, gone for some random stretch of time, then they are back, then gone again. I have no idea what is happening on the back end of this game, but it seems to be in some kind of meltdown.
This happened a couple of days ago with my onyxia mount 
i was still on it when it disappeared from my collection. Unfortunately i dismounted so its gone forever, and GM’s said they couldnt restore it.
