I am starting to get confused, the elemental shaman have a shield imbue - but when I get around to equipping a shield to slap it on, it constantly says “this is not your preferred armor type” …when it’s an int shield with halfway decent green stats… what is the matter here? Do I get a staff/mace and still pop the imbue fine or what? Bleh.
That error is just a bug I am pretty sure.

hope it is… the fact that shamans can equip shields and then being told that isn’t the preferred armor type is a mess…kinda makes me think the higher, more pretty shields are going to be a bit out of reach until that error is looked at and fixed…
Its happening for non shaman as well.
Its a silly bug. But doesnt effect anything gameplay wise.
