“Herald Flaps” - ID 197487 - Little bird thing that won’t understand that “decline” doesn’t mean follow me around endlessly, interfere with my skinning and target selection, and otherwise annoy this living piss out of me.
The quest he offers is “To Dragonbane Keep!” which appears to be bugged out the butt.
I accepted it and abandoned it four times in one day because it never actually started.
This is getting to be a playability issue.
How the utter heck do I get rid of both this idiotic annoyance and deal with the broken quest?
