Okay, there's a floating bar under my unholy DK, I can't tell if it's from an addon or not, and it might be driving me insane

I just came back to the game and found this wonderful thing. Disabled all my addons, still there. Got MoveAnything, disabled rune bar, still floating in the dumbest places… is this default from Blizzard or am I losing my mind? If so, how do I disable it.

It could be your health/resource bar.

Probably is your personal resource display. Can be turned off in settings.

Its a blizzard default ui component.

It would almost be useful if it didn’t move all over the place. I don’t know who thought it would be cool to have parts of a ui randomly move around the screen, but its horrible.
