You would likely be considered delusional if you think Windwalker needs nerfs. If anything they need buffs. Their damage is underwhelming at best, and their cooldowns are extremely long. Fists of Fury barely takes 15% of someones health. The Parry on it is just a gimmick and then they die. Rolling away isn’t good enough because death knights grip them and then its over. Their disarm doesn’t even save them in clutch moments, and doesn’t stop any pressure from enhancement shamans being in their face. Not to mention karma is like paper. Take away 40% of the damage rogue does, before daring to even think about Windwalker monk changes.

Death knights damage is far superior to Windwalker monk. Get over it. Enhancement shamans healing is ridiculous and monks just lose within 22 seconds to them in a 1v1 situation.
Rank 1 in US 3v3 right now is a WW.

There are a total of 8 WW in the top 100 in 3v3. That’s more than any other single spec.
EDIT: Correction, it’s tied with arms for the most.

Eh monks are closer to random gimic 1 shotting than War/Spriest is right now, but less so than Ret/Convoke/TheHunt. So ya I’d guess if Activision cares about their game at all WW will get nerfed in a second balance wave, after the previously mentioned gimicshots get nerfed.
My man, youre using outlandish statistics to try to prove something. 8% of top 100 players are WW, exceptionally talented WoW players are number 1 in 3s in EU, because…reasons? thats what youre saying to the world rn.
I really wish Windwalker would get the buffs it has long deserved. C- tier at best isn’t good enough.

Pretty bold to talk about WW needing buffs but in the same post talk about DK being an issue in the current meta. Our burst is easy to avoid as its kinda obvious its coming and once PoF is gone we are gone, you literally counter all melee as WW and have some of the best up time on range classes. We have to spend runes on chains just to keep up with other classes and even then its just a simple port or dash and your basically gone again. I hate being one of those people but if you are struggling as a WW its more likely you than the class. Not saying DK is weak btw but its def not over tuned to the extent WW is, god help you if you think WW isn’t destroying in 2s (best rated 2s dps by skill cap btw paired with Hpal) and in 3s you have many options for team setup. And if grip is a issue as a WW plz just quit because all you have to do is roll or tiger away or that one spell where you lift your leg and take off like a rocket. Keep DK out yo mouth and learn not to waste your gap closers. THE ONE thing WW have to fear is a pal as BoP can stop your Karma but welcome to the game where everyone has some sort of counter lol

Top 100 is far from outlandish. It shows the power of the spec at a level where player skill variance is very minimal. Seeing 8/100 is massive when considering that there are 31 non-tank specs.
The strength/weakness of your spec is not the reason you’re sitting at a 48% winrate at 1200 rating over 150 games.

BTW I dont want them to be nerfed, I rather see classes just get buffs as the fast pace meta is way more fun and no one wants BFA PVP again from what I notice on the forums and youtube.
