this talent its sooooooooooooo powerful and mandatory for aoe fights/dungeon that its absurd to keep it in the talent tree theres no other talent that provide this level of power theres no way cata or FnB can match what inferno provides, so just make inferno baseline, remove the shard gem and just give the dmgs buff cata a bit and make FnB worth taking.
